My Multicultural Marinade

You can use this marinade for both meat and vegetables.

Omit the oil for vegetables.



Nakano Sweet & Tangy Rice Wine Vinegar

Oil (Veg / Olive / Canola)

Pepper

Seasoned Salt

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Brown Sugar (or Sugar / Honey)

Cayenne Pepper (or Red Pepper Flakes)

Squeezed Lime / Lemon Juice (Optional)
